崗位描述

一、利器控制與流程監(jiān)管（sharp tools control & process supervision）

1.監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)線利器收發(fā)記錄完整性，核查員工是否規(guī)范捆綁工具等。

supervise the integrity of the records of the receipt and delivery of sharp tools on the production line, and verify whether employees are properly bundling tools.

2.跟蹤斷針換針流程執(zhí)行情況?，檢查換針房記錄和庫存及收發(fā)數(shù)量是否一致。

track the execution status of the needle breakage and replacement process, and check whether the needle replacement room records, inventory, and receiving and sending quantities are consistent.

3.檢查車間或機(jī)修房等是否有斷針、不受控的針或其它利器。

check if there are broken needles, uncontrolled needles, or other sharp objects in the workshop or machine repair room.

4.確保驗(yàn)針流程合規(guī)性，包括單件過機(jī)操作及驗(yàn)針機(jī)每日9點(diǎn)測試記錄和驗(yàn)針記錄的存檔?

ensure the compliance of the needle inspection process, including single piece machine operation, daily 9am testing records of the needle inspection machine, and archiving of needle inspection records



二、訂單外發(fā)與裝柜管理（subcontract order & container loading management）

1.審核工廠外發(fā)的合規(guī)性，確保符合公司質(zhì)量要求。

review compliance of order subcontracting to align with company quality standards.

2.現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督裝柜流程，核對裝箱清單與實(shí)物一致性，防止漏檢或錯裝

supervise container loading processes onsite, verify packing lists against physical goods to prevent errors.



三、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)與過程控制（quality inspection & process control）

1.執(zhí)行全流程質(zhì)量抽檢（iqc/ipqc/oqc），包括來料、制程及成品檢驗(yàn)，確保符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

conduct sampling inspections (iqc/ipqc/oqc) across production stages to ensure compliance.

2.分析不良品根本原因，推動改善措施并跟蹤復(fù)檢結(jié)果直至問題關(guān)閉

analyze root causes of defects, drive corrective actions, and follow up on re-inspection.



四、表單記錄與體系維護(hù)（documentation & system maintenance）

1.規(guī)范日報(bào)表、驗(yàn)針記錄、利器收發(fā)臺賬等表單填寫，確保數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)可追溯。

standardize documentation (daily reports, inspection logs, tool records) for traceability.

2.維護(hù)質(zhì)量管理體系，更新質(zhì)量信息庫并協(xié)助制定質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃。

maintain quality management system, update databases, and assist in quality planning.



五、跨部門協(xié)作（cross-department collaboration）

1.與生產(chǎn)和其它部門溝通qaqc問題，推動流程優(yōu)化與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化執(zhí)行。

communicate qaqc issues with production and other related department to drive process optimization.

2.向上級匯報(bào)質(zhì)量風(fēng)險及改進(jìn)建議，提供數(shù)據(jù)支持決策。

report quality risks and improvement suggestions with data-driven insights.
