負(fù)責(zé)本部門業(yè)務(wù)推展及正常運(yùn)作
主導(dǎo)訂單審查作業(yè)及協(xié)調(diào)跟進(jìn)

協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)作計(jì)劃確認(rèn)確保交期
客戶抱怨處理及服務(wù)安排工作
市場(chǎng)拓展計(jì)劃之執(zhí)行
各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的組織及信息收集

任職要求
毛衫行業(yè)10年以上銷售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
個(gè)人月銷售毛衫能力在8萬(wàn)件以上者;
待遇:年薪30萬(wàn)以上+提成+獎(jiǎng)金

外貿(mào)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)3
崗位職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需求帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)公司產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)商渠道和加工廠;
2、與供應(yīng)商及時(shí)確認(rèn)設(shè)計(jì)圖稿,并確保在預(yù)定時(shí)期內(nèi)完成樣品開(kāi)發(fā);
3、協(xié)同生產(chǎn)總監(jiān)和Q&A部門確保產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)、及時(shí);
4、提交外貿(mào)專員的培訓(xùn)報(bào)表和培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃
5、協(xié)助HR經(jīng)理對(duì)本部門員工進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)估和一些列工作計(jì)劃的制定;
6、對(duì)新的產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商渠道進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究并形成報(bào)告;
7、確保外貿(mào)團(tuán)隊(duì)的預(yù)算支出,控制成本;
Job responsibility:
1. To lead a merchandizing team to source factories and products which the Creative Director needs.
2. To follow design drawings with suppliers and produce the correct samples within the development timelines.
3. To Work with Production Director and Q&A department to make sure the products are produced to specification and on time.
4. Provide daily coaching and development training programs for merchandising staff.
5. Work with the HR Manager to create objective performance evaluations and
Future plans.
6. Develop vendor profiles.
7. Ensures Merchandising team compliance with agreed budgets.
任職要求:
1、本科以上學(xué)歷,紡織、服裝,經(jīng)濟(jì)或其他相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、5年以上紡織、服裝或相關(guān)輕工業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3年以上生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易、制造或產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
熟悉T-恤、帽子、休閑鞋及配飾的產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)和外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)行情。
3、英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)流利,普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有較好的辦公軟件運(yùn)用能力
4、有較好的與不同國(guó)家和文化背景的個(gè)人交流的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力;
擁有獨(dú)立決策、解決問(wèn)題和承受較強(qiáng)工作壓力的能力;
擁有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和技巧;
5、有較強(qiáng)的接受行業(yè)新思想的能力,反映靈敏迅速。
Job reqirement:
1. University degree or above, Textiles,apparel,business or other relevant majors
2. At least 5 years experience in textiles, apparel or related soft goods industry;At least 3 years in
Production, Merchandising, Manufacturing or Product Development management experience.Be familiar with merchandise of T-shirt,hat,shoe and relevant jewllery.
3. Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese. PC knowledge such as MS Excel and Word.
4. Proven negotiating experience with individuals of different countries and cultures.
Good record of problem-solving, independent decision-making, setting and working to tight deadlines.
Strong leadership skills.
5.Have a creative mind to enable this person to see new ideas and processes that we can used for future product development.
