Responsibility:
1. Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for washing, color, measurements, labels and overall quality.
2. Product inspections and follow-up for garment.
3. Conduct independent QA inspections in different areas.
4. Make judgment on acceptance and rejection of marginal quality cases.
5. Prepare, consolidate, update and file audit reports.
6. Provide technical advice to factories to solve production and quality problems.
7. Specify timeframe for factories to implement improvements.
8. Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process.
9. Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on delivery and/or product quality.

Requirement:
1. Diploma or above, both written and oral English are required.
2. 10 years Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience on garment with apparel buying office/agent or trader.
3. Has knowledge of fabric production
4. Recognize the importance of meeting quality standards to meet business objectives and brand requirements.
5. Open to ask questions to obtain needed information and flexible to coordinate among relevant parties to resolve problem issues.
6. Recognize importance of business relationships and how they influence outcomes.
7. Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility.
8. Experience in overseas garment factory management is preferred.
