job responsibilities:

· follow up development & production orders on woven /knit garment with focus on performance outerwear

· directly deal with our customers on development requirements, design and tech pack details

· work closely with trims and fabric suppliers, monitor sample materials status and delivery schedules

· communicate with factories on material sourcing, quotation, sample development and sampling, and other related issues

· assist in sample fitting and support on problem solving solutions

· keep close monitoring on the wip and coordinating all product approval milestones



requirements:

· bachelors degree preferred/ fashion / clothing / textile or related disciplines

· 5-7 years or above relevant experience in garment merchandising, familiar with performance outerwear

· factory experience with garment technical knowledge on outerwear and other woven items is an advantage

· capable of dealing with overseas customers and china factory directly on problem solving

· well organized, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

· good team player with positive & proactive attitude, detail-minded and willing to learn

· good command of spoken and written english

· proficiency in microsoft office

· candidates possess less relevant experience will be considered as merchandiser
