職位描述
工作職責(zé):
1、 全面主持門(mén)店的營(yíng)運(yùn)管理工作,配合公司的零售方針政策實(shí)施,執(zhí)行公司下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)任務(wù);
2、 做好門(mén)店的場(chǎng)、人、財(cái)、貨管理,維護(hù)門(mén)店整體形象,提高門(mén)店管理水平及達(dá)成門(mén)店的業(yè)績(jī);
3、 負(fù)責(zé)門(mén)店員工培養(yǎng),提高員工的服務(wù)及銷(xiāo)售技能,及日常管理工作;
4、 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)管商品管理工作,做好進(jìn)貨驗(yàn)收、商品陳列、商品庫(kù)存、商品質(zhì)量管理等工作,確保貨品的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);
5、 負(fù)責(zé)建立和維護(hù)門(mén)店客戶服務(wù)體系,提升顧客的滿意度;
6、 認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行公司零售管理規(guī)定和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作任務(wù)。
任職資格:
1、 中專以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)畢業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、 2年以上高端服裝品牌服裝店長(zhǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、 熱愛(ài)時(shí)尚,具備較高的審美水平,形象氣質(zhì)佳;
4、 具有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、管理能力和抗壓性;
5、 具有一定的邏輯性、分析總結(jié)能力與強(qiáng)執(zhí)行力。
